Young learners may lack internal motivation to study English and it’s quite normal. Being a teacher you have to increase their willingness through external things like games, competitions, celebrations, creating friendly atmosphere, etc.
One of the instruments to get students more inspired and energized to study is implementing a reward system.
In my session I’d like to share a couple of systems I’ve been using successfully.
